The Guzzler was designed to safely and efficiently remove all fluids from any vehicle.  All you need is a level concrete surface and compressed air.  That’s it!.  This system is perfect for stationary use or is just as effective with mobile crushing, Set up takes just minutes. With a 10,000 pound vehicle rating, “The Guzzler” utilizes two swing arm mounted funnels to recover and isolate engine oil; transmission fluid and gasoline or resell to fluid recycler’s.  Our special antifreeze lance pierces the lower radiator hose to recover as much coolant as possible.  The upper rail is positioned high enough to completely remove the fuel tank.  The lower frame doubles as a 275 gallon catch all for any accidental spills or leaks.  Diaphragm pumps safely and efficiently remove the gas and antifreeze while just 30 pounds of compressed air push the oils safely away, up to 150 feet, to your own fluid recovery tanks or to our own optional tanks.  The Guzzler comes with one “no spark” tank piercing bit, one fire extinguisher, one 25’ air hose and a commitment to making sure you get what you need to handle your vehicle processing needs.  Our optional tanks have secondary containment to meet all EPA regulations.  Standard configurations are 200 gallons each of gasoline and oil, and 125 gallons of antifreeze.  Custom sizes are available.  Call us today and let us help you increase efficiency while eliminating your environmental concerns.
