          Two swing arm funnels capture and isolate every drop of oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze and gasoline.  With just 70lbs of shop air, all of your “liquid liabilities” can be pumped safely away, up to 150ft,from your dismantling facility.  Not only will this system make your insurance agent happier, your shop much cleaner and safer, but it enhances your ability to sell your recovered fluids. 

          The “Quick Draw” standard configuration comes with two swing arm mounted funnels. The front funnel captures both engine oil and transmission fluid.  The oils are gravity fed into the main vertical housing which also serves as a 9 gallon reservoir.  Once the fluids reach the sight glass, the dismantler simply pressurizes the reservoir and the fluids are pumped effortlessly to your fluid containment area.  Gas tanks are pierced with our “NO SPARK” air chisel bit.  The gasoline then drains into the swing arm and is pumped out of the area via a pneumatic diaphragm pump included with the unit.  The most common option is an additional diaphragm pump and piercing nozzle for antifreeze.  The nozzle pierces the lower radiator hose much like a syringe.  Turn the pump on and the antifreeze is vacuumed out of the coolant system and pumped to your fluid containment area.
